- Terrible paving work (shockingly bad) – seems like he’d never done paving before
- Resurfacing that had to be done twice as the first attempt was just ridiculously poor; and it needs to be redone again due to patchy fading
- Failure to honour warranty agreement – at least at the time of publishing this review, nearly three months after taking payment for the job
- Pool leaking water – suspect pipe work to pump
- Far too many broken promises about when he’d return to make good on the shoddy workmanship
- Now refuses to communicate.
